UPFRONT PRICING

Our Commitment to Plumbing Professionals

OUR UPFRONT PRICING PROMISE

Our promise, every time.

Wilson Brothers Plumbing provides upfront, flat-rate pricing before repair or replacement work begins. Our technician will inspect the issue, explain the findings, provide a written estimate, and receive approval before completing any approved work. If additional diagnostic work or a change in scope is needed, we will explain the situation and receive approval before proceeding.

We believe customers deserve clear, professional pricing before making a decision. Our upfront pricing structure is designed to eliminate surprises, protect our customers, and ensure every service visit is handled with transparency and consistency.

Our Commitment

Our goal is to provide professional recommendations, clear communication, and upfront pricing so customers can make informed decisions with confidence. This policy supports the same standards outlined in Wilson Brothers Plumbing’s service procedures, including written approval before work begins, same-day closeout whenever possible, and professional escalation when pricing, scope, or approval questions arise.

SERVICE CALL FEE

For most service appointments, a service call or diagnostic fee is collected to cover the technician’s time, travel, inspection, and professional evaluation of the issue. This fee allows our technician to assess the plumbing concern, identify the likely cause, and provide options for repair or replacement.

If a plumbing issue requires additional time, specialized equipment, or more extensive troubleshooting beyond the standard evaluation, the technician will explain the situation before proceeding. Any additional diagnostic charges must be approved before the additional diagnostic work is performed.

WRITTEN ESTIMATES

Before work begins, Wilson Brothers Plumbing does not begin repair or replacement work without customer approval. Once the technician has inspected the issue, the customer will receive a written estimate outlining the recommended scope of work and the total investment required.

Work will only proceed once the responsible party or authorized decision-maker has reviewed and approved the estimate.

FLAT RATE PRICING

Our pricing is upfront and based on a flat-rate structure rather than hourly billing. This means customers are provided with a clear price for the approved scope of work before the job begins.

Flat-rate pricing may account for several factors, including technician expertise, labor, materials, equipment, travel, business overhead, warranty considerations, and the complexity of the work being performed.

Because of this structure, the approved price is based on the value and scope of the completed service—not simply the amount of time spent on-site.

NO SURPRISES

If the approved scope of work changes due to unforeseen conditions, additional repairs, hidden damage, inaccessible plumbing, code requirements, customer-requested changes, or other field conditions, the technician will stop and review the change with the customer.

Additional work will not be performed without approval of a revised estimate or change order.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL

By approving an estimate, the customer authorizes Wilson Brothers Plumbing to complete the listed scope of work for the stated price. The signed estimate applies only to the approved scope of work. Any additional work, substitutions, or expanded scope must be approved separately.

PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS

Payment is due upon completion of the approved work unless other arrangements have been approved by management in advance. Wilson Brothers Plumbing accepts debit cards, credit cards, cash, checks, and approved third-party financing options. For larger projects scheduled for a later date, a deposit may be required to reserve the appointment and order necessary materials.
